Horse painting in watercolor of a paint foal. Must thank a friend for letting me use her reference photo. She took the picture of this little guy on her summer travels to Assateague Island. Have you read the book, 'Misty of Chincoteague' by Marguerite Henry? One of my favorites as a little girl, I would love to go visit that island and see the wild ponies, but painting one is the next best thing :)
